Meetings Framework

Three pillars.

Our Meetings Framework approach is built on three core pillars to allow effective communication and collaboration, and empowering your senior teams to achieve meaningful results. We’ve curated a selection of unique and exceptional venues, engaging on-site and off-site activities, and top-tier training support, all designed to help your team thrive.

01

Environment

A curated selection of exceptional venues across the West Country, offering unique character, top-quality accommodation, cuisine, and facilities. We’ve carefully reviewed meeting spaces and essential services to ensure a comfortable, secure and productive high-level meeting experience.

02

Atmosphere

Each venue offers a unique atmosphere, combining diverse architecture, style and on-site facilities. Simply choose the one that best suits your team's needs, creating an inspiring and comfortable setting for focused work, collaboration, and relaxation.

03

Support

Our range of engaging off-site experiences have been chosen to complement your meetings and align with your business objectives, company values or simply to inspire creativity. Our network of top-tier trainers and coaches offers valuable support to enhance your team's skills and focus.

How we streamline your event planning

The Leadership West Meetings Framework

Our meetings framework simplifies the organisation of high-level events and reduces the time you need to spend researching and negotiating. Our team has already explored each venue as a meetings option, reviewed the accommodation, F&B, meeting space and available local team activities.

Once you have shared your brief and indicated your requirements, we will create a proposal with indicative budget and all available options for your consideration. Once your programme is agreed, we will allocate a dedicated Project Manager to deliver your exceptional event.
